Baby Update #1

Still no baby, but Mrs. Jolly has been getting some new pains here and there. At this point, I think I’d rather have Simon come after Christmas, because you can’t really go anywhere with a one- or two-day old baby.
By the way, on the Norman Mailer post below, a student posted an interesting story about an Italian couple who were prohibited by court order from naming their child Friday.

Did anyone notice Robert Rodriguez named his children Rogue, Racer, Rebel, and Rocket? I wish I was named Rogue or Rocket…
Maybe this is just me, but I don’t recall reading or knowing anyone who had read Robinson Crusoe before 8th grade. And who exactly is going to make this connection having read it anyway?
Anyway, had fun talking to you at Pollo Loco Mr. Jolly. Hope it was enjoyable. The chicken breast I got was dry.

That’s a shame about the chicken breast. My free pollo bowl last night was tasty. We had lunch there today, and it was as good as ever.
I think my favorite celebrity child name is David Bowie’s son Zowie Bowie.
